Friendly staff creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired, which was quite disappointing. I also noticed a persistent bad smell in my room, making it uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the noise from the street made it hard to enjoy a peaceful night’s rest.

The breakfast offered a great variety. eggs cooked to order were a highlight. Staff organized our Lake Titicaca tour and taxis efficiently which enhanced our experience.

The central location made exploring the area easy, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially in organizing transportation. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and there's a convenient water dispenser for refills. However, the hotel has a dated appearance, with some dimly lit corridors and a bathroom that could benefit from cleaning improvements. Additionally, the water had a slight discoloration, which was off-putting at times.

great stay but needs bathroom improvements
The room was huge and the bed exceptionally comfy, making for a restful night! The staff spoke excellent English and were incredibly accommodating, helping us book a fantastic tour. I especially enjoyed the scenic mountain view from my window, which added to the lovely atmosphere of my stay.
The bathroom could use some more attention to cleanliness.

I had a lovely stay at Qelqatani Hotel. The location was fantastic, just steps away from the center of Puno and its main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. There was a lovely water dispenser in the communal area, which really helped me stay hydrated during my trip.
Room could use more maintenance.
